Hyundai Motor India has launched the new Creta Knight Edition at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakhs (ex-showroom). The automaker has launched this new edition to celebrate the fact that Creta is India’s highest-selling SUV for 2021. It is offered on the new S+ trim (MT only) and SX (O) trim (IVT/AT) with 1.5-litre MPi petrol and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel engine options.


The new Hyundai Creta Knight Edition gets a bold look as it flaunts the black color. Having said that, the SUV features a black gloss radiator grille upfront with red inserts. In addition, it gets trio beam LED headlamps, crescent glow LED DRL, and front & rear skid plates.


On the sides, the vehicle features body-color door handles, rear-view mirrors, side sill garnish, lightening arch C-pillar garnish, roof rails, and dark metal-colored alloy wheels. Towards the rear end of the car, one can find black tail lamp inserts. Other design bits include shark fin antenna, dark chrome emblem finish, Knight Edition emblem, and sporty red front brake calipers. 


The cabin of the Creta Knight Edition boasts of all-black interiors. Besides this, the vehicle also gets colored AC vent inserts and colored stitching/piping for the steering wheel & seats. Hyundai has also introduced several feature changes to the MY’22 Creta.


These include a tyre pressure monitoring system, a glossy black center console on SX(O) trim, and a new Denim Blue color. Furthermore, the S+ trim gets a host of additional features over the S trim. These include a smart panoramic sunroof, 16-inch black alloy wheels, smartphone wireless charger, rear disc brakes, ESC, vehicle stability management, hill start assist control, paddle shifters, metal pedals, ORVM electric folding + auto fold, and power window auto up/down.
